Please read this document carefully before using the service. By using the platform, you fully agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any provisions, please refrain from using the service. The operator of the BladeSkill platform is registered in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Contact details and legal address are available in the Contact section. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms, and users will be notified through the platform interface.
BladeSkill is a modern educational platform specializing in preparing specialists for technical interviews in the IT industry. Our service combines an extensive database of current questions asked in real interviews at leading technology companies. We provide interactive trainers that allow you to practice answering questions in real time. A unique evaluation system powered by artificial intelligence analyzes your answers and provides detailed feedback. The platform includes progress tracking features, personalized improvement recommendations, and adaptive learning algorithms. Services are provided both free (with limitations) and through paid subscriptions with extended functionality.
Creating an account is required to use the full functionality of the platform. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all actions performed under your account. If you discover unauthorized access to your account, immediately contact our support team. We reserve the right to block or delete accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
By using BladeSkill, you agree to follow these rules: use the platform exclusively for lawful purposes; respect the rights of other users and not interfere with their use of the service; not attempt unauthorized access to the platform's systems and data; not use automated means for mass data collection; not post malicious content or software; comply with copyright on platform materials. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension without refund.
BladeSkill offers various pricing plans to meet the needs of different user categories. Basic functionality is available for free with limitations. Premium subscriptions unlock access to extended features, including unlimited AI evaluations and exclusive content. Payment is processed through a secure payment system. All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD). The subscription is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Premium is billed as an auto-renewing subscription: at the end of each paid period the subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the price in effect at the time of purchase, until you cancel it. Payment is taken from the card you used for the first payment. You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to support@bladeskill.com; cancellation stops future charges, and access remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We strive for maximum satisfaction of our users. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that paid features have not been used. Since BladeSkill provides digital services that become available immediately upon payment, refunds for already used services are not provided. To initiate the refund procedure, send a request to support@bladeskill.com indicating the reason and payment details. Refunds are made using the same method by which the payment was made, within 10 business days.
The BladeSkill platform is developed and maintained by a team of professionals in IT. We strive to ensure transparency and trust in our relationships with users. The legal operator of the platform is FOP Shustak Dmytro Oleksandrovych, registered in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. All materials presented on the BladeSkill platform, including but not limited to: question and answer texts, methodological materials, software code, interface design, logos, trademarks, graphic elements — are objects of intellectual property and are protected by copyright law. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, public display, or modification of these materials without prior written consent of the rights holder is strictly prohibited. Use of platform materials is permitted exclusively for personal non-commercial learning.
The BladeSkill service is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We make every effort to ensure the quality and relevance of the content, but do not guarantee that using the platform will lead to employment or a successful interview. Learning outcomes depend on many factors, including individual user effort. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. BladeSkill's maximum aggregate liability to the user is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the last month of service use.
BladeSkill reserves the right to change, supplement, or update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or notification in the platform interface. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means your agreement to the updated Terms. We recommend periodically reviewing this document to familiarize yourself with the current version.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from these Terms or in connection with them shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court. Invalidation of any provision of these Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
